  The above instructions are to find my seat for Saturday's football match. I believe 27,000 supporters will find their seat on Saturday.

  Now when I talk with a Jehovers Witness, I have discovered asking simple instructions to research even the most basic flaws of the organisation never seem too work...therefore unless its personal i.e a close friend in the cult, I just feel happier taking my seat 135, Row DD and enjoying the game, and not judging my 27,000 other Watford supporters private beliefs, ( And I am sure a minority of those beliefs are even more wired than my former beliefs)

  are children born crippled/diseased, uncared for, and dying prematurely proof that god does not exist?.

  1) what do children born healthy and well cared for prove?

  2) what do babies aborted (many of whom might have led a normal healthy life, and some of whom might have contributed much to the society like many scientists, doctors, engineers ....) prove?.

  anointed1 ...you may have a point? Personally I don't get the point. What I get from your O.P and your post history is .....well when I left the " truth" i became overthinking and depressed. Not all thinking is going to make us happy....why over canvass your views? I have a feeling your O.P is best answered by saying read a good classic book, or just be less concerned about your O.P " Are children born/ crippled diseased uncared for , prematurely proof that God does not exist?"

  Why do I say that?

  Well the O.P will not get a sympathetic audience here. More importantly their has to be better ways to spend your time than starting OPs that won't change people to your thinking. I learnt that as a door knocker, as a witness I learnt I was playing with a bad hand...

  Sadly it never occurs to the millions of Jehovers Witnesses to read and research such stupid statements from the book that it was founded on. A book that claimed to contain complete truth. ( UNBELIVABLE ! )

  It pays to educate yourself " The clergy are like dumb dogs because they prefer to remain silent rather than accept one single " Truth" from Russels writings ( p.238)

  Boo boo, gaa ga mama, mama....or the under 5 content, from Jesus:-

  Matthew 18:3 Jesus said " Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven" and I would also add a good Psychiartrist may also be in order.

  " Nathan Nantas" I simply don't get your humor. So having cleared that up and my runt over, you are honest and human, through and through. So I hope we can " RESPECT" each other? as for"LOVE" ummm well I hope I don't need to clear that up?

  Now isn't the above better than Jesus " COMMANDING" us to " LOVE" each other? Respecting each other should be enough?

  I know it's not cool to say this but I used the word " LOVE" today...

  I had a problem with a water leak on my house gutter, my friend said " I have a friend who can fix that...blah blah, (fix it cheaply) I said " I would " LOVE" to hear from him" Only afterwards did I think how qualified is this guy i have said I would " LOVE" to fix the gutter?

  The word " LOVE" and how we use and need it is wired.

  ( A) I would " HATE" everybody on this board to " LOVE" everyone. That's " Cult " LOVE.

  My "O.P" ( which I am regretting starting) is Jesus COMMANDED we " LOVE" each other, and this I believe was unreasonable. However the thread has bought up the translation of the word "LOVE" and put it in another context, furthered qualified by:-

  " Mgmelkat" who wrote " I am an athiest, but I believe in the Golden Rule, and I endeavour to be "LOVING" to everyone I encounter"

  Therefore kindly do not read my " O.P" and conclude I was suggesting we " LOVE" each other...I would have to be drunk or high on meths to suggest that, I simply used it as an illustration that my interpretation of Jesus " COMMANDMENT" we " LOVE" each other is unreasonable.

  The point I am making my friends, is nobody can " COMMAND" we love anybody. But "Island Man's " post has made a great observation " The Greek word Jesus used about " LOVE" is not a good translation.

  So lets take the " O.P" further what is the most over used word in the dictionary? I would say it's the word "LOVE". As children we say we " LOVE" ice-cream, we "LOVE" a bath. Then as teenagers we say we " LOVE" pop songs that sing about the most ridiculouse " LOVE". We also as teenagers have our first puppy "LOVE" ...So now I am thinking about the most over used word in the dictionary " LOVE."

  What does the word " LOVE" personally mean to you?

  Thanks Landy, point taken.I didn't give you the dislike, however I was tempted. But then I thought you may have made a good point. Let's see how the O.P develops, maybe "gibberish" is the only point my O.P made?

  Blondie, thanks for the post. You made an interesting point . Anyway what I intended with the O.P. was simply to say that Jesus COMMANDMENT to love was unreasonable.

  Personally in my life, I am capable of loving only a few people, and I think that's true for all of us. However going off O.P I think I can care for many people in my life, fortunately that includes a few on the board.

  But the O.P is about what I consider the unreasonableness of Jesus COMMANDMENT to love.
